Position: Tactical Systems Operators Airborne Mode Instructor Location: Cannon AFB, New Mexico
About the Role: The Leidos Defense Group is seeking a dedicated Tactical Systems Operators (TSO) Airborne Mode Instructor to join our prestigious Military Intelligence Program in support of the USAF Air Combat Command's (ACC) ISR mission. Key Responsibilities:
- Training and Certification: Train 361 ISRG personnel in accordance with Training and Certification (T & C) guidelines for Modes 1-6 operators. Obtain and certify personnel in future Modes as they become available.
- Course Instruction: Teach regularly scheduled initial and recertification Mode courses, ensuring thorough and effective knowledge transfer.
- Curriculum Development: Develop, maintain, and implement Cryptologic Mission Certification Training (CMCT) material and curriculum, adhering to 361 ISRG training guidance and approved Program of Instruction (POI).
- Scenario Development: Utilize and assist in developing scenarios for the Tactical Systems Emulator (TSE) Aircrew Training Device (ATD), enhancing training realism.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience (additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
- Must have Aircrew experience.
- Current TS/SCI security clearance is required.
- Minimum of Mode Instructor Certification in one of Modes 1-6 and Mode Operator Certifications in two of Modes 1-6; with the ability to obtain Mode Instructor Certifications in all Modes.
- Thorough understanding of the TSO mission and Mode certification process.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with supporting and analyzing high-value target analysis databases.
- 2+ years of experience operating SIGINT systems and related equipment.
- Previous experience as an A-STG operator.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $63,700.00 - $115,150.00
