Primary Responsibilities

The Electronics Inventory/SMT Kitting Specialist will support the manufacturing of electrical components. This position will perform all inventory operations including.

  • Cycle counting.
  • Stocking/tracking components.
  • Fulfilling requests for materials.
  • Performing inventory actions using corporate accounting software.
  • Assembling kits for SMT Manufacturing Line, delivery and pickup of material.
  • Component serialization/marking.
  • Supporting materials audits, material handling, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
  • Candidate must be able to demonstrate strong personal organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Basic Qualifications

  • Candidates must have a High School diploma/GED and 1-3 years of prior relevant work experience
  • Candidate must have the ability to work with department leadership to contribute to strategic planning and long-term vision for the stockroom team.
  • Candidate must have a valid driver's license.
  • Candidate must be able to lift 25 lbs.
  • Candidate must be able to work both independently and in a cohesive team environment.
  • Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Inventory Management systems (i.e. CostPoint)
  • Electronic components handling requirements.
  • ESD Processes & Procedures Electronics kitting requirements.
  • Ability to maintain workplace cleanliness with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $34,450.00 - $62,275.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
