DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented and driven Cummins CARE Agent to join our dynamic Level 1 team, supporting our Service operations across Europe as part of the International Operations team.
This hybrid role is open to candidates located in the UK or any European country where Cummins operates.
As a Cummins Care Level 1 Agent, you'll be at the heart of our customer support operations. Your mission:
- Provide exceptional multi-channel support (chat, email, phone) to customers, end-users, distributors, and dealers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues using Cummins systems, diagnostics, and service documentation.
- Create and maintain knowledge content, deliver training, and act as a Subject Matter Expert.
- Support critical product lines like Replacement Data Plate Design and Sulphur Tolerance Kit orders.
- You won't just answer questions, you'll shape the customer experience, mentor new team members, and help drive innovation in our support system.

RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
- Strong technical skills in in-service diagnostics, parts research and electronic troubleshooting (OneCummins experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse audiences.
- A proactive, customer-first mindset with a knack for solving problems.
- Ability to manage complexity and handle conflict constructively.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent (relevant experience may substitute).
- Background in technical support or customer service, ideally in multi-channel environments.
- Preferred:
- Experience with service diagnostics and electronic tool troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.
- Technical phone support experience.
- Training will be provided.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
