We can train the technical aspects of this role. To train successfully, we are seeking candidates who are willing to learn, receptive to feedback, and collaborative team players. We're committed to investing our time to help advance or launch your career.
Providing first-line IT support to end-users in the Asia Pacific region, key responsibilities include:
- Log and manage user incidents, service, and access requests.
- Account Maintenance (Password Resets, Account Unlocks, etc.)
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and telecommunication issues.
- Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements and maintain user communication.
- Maintain documentation, research issues, and troubleshoot.
Our Service Desk team works from an office, 5 days a week, at either Moore Street or Wentworth Avenue in Canberra. Our employees are supported both via the phone and in person.
What You'll Bring to Make an Impact
To be successful in the position, you will have previous experience in a customer-centric role. In addition, you'll also ideally have:
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, InTune, and all Windows operating systems.
- Awareness of ITIL best practice methodology.
- Previous service desk experience (desirable).
- IT Degree or Certification/working towards (desirable).
