Description

Civil Solutions Operation Leidos has an opening for an energetic and detail oriented Senior Program Finance Analyst Lead to support the Aviation programs. The Program Finance Analyst is responsible for planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting on CLINs of various contract type, size, complexity, and level of risk.

This is a part time role, and the anticipated schedule is 20 hours per week.

The Challenge:

  • Budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of contract cost and financial data for several Cost Account Managers and Organizations
  • Variance analysis and reporting of actual program financial performance against Monthly Plan and Inception to Date Forecast.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report performance against baseline schedules to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.
  • Responsible and accountable for inputting program financial forecast including development and overall management of program EAC(s)
  • Analyzing contract actuals for accuracy, identifies errors, ensures errors are corrected timely
  • Identify risks and opportunities to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met
  • Creating and presenting monthly internal reports
  • Requesting charge numbers in line with contract requirements, maintain a labor charging chart, monitor for correct charging, and issue Work Authorization Documents
  • Supporting any ad hoc requests by internal management and external customers
  • Ability to work independently, or in a team environment and with various organizational levels
  • Participate in new business proposals.
  • Significant interface with Control Account Managers, Program Finance, and Schedulers, across multiple Programs and Organizations

What Sets You Apart:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 8+years of experience as a financial analyst or a Master's and 6+ years' experience as a financial analyst
  • Strong MS Excel (e.g. Pivot tables) and Office skills (e.g. Power Point)
  • Understanding and experience in EVMS
  • Ability to secure a Public Trust Clearance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Extremely high level of attention to detail

You May Also Have:

  • Program Finance experience
  • Knowledge of Leidos Financial Systems and Processes
  • Experience with Business AI applications.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00
