Leidos is on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic PNT Engineer to join our dynamic team supporting the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. Security Clearance: Active DoD Top Secret security clearance with eligibility for a TS/SCI
What's in it for You?
As our PNT Engineer, you'll leverage your expertise to expand and integrate an existing GNSS SDR and other GNSS models into simulations, contributing to intelligence analysis modeling and simulation (M&S) objectives. Your innovative work will involve designing, developing, testing, and documenting simulations related to Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT). And let's not forget-you'll be part of an inspiring team that values collaboration and creativity!
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop simulations incorporating a GNSS SDR and other GNSS models.
- Design and integrate new algorithms for the GNSS SDR.
- Research and develop applicable tests for GNSS models.
What We Need from You:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field with 4+ years of experience in M&S or Master's degree with 2+ years of experience. Additional experience, certifications, or trainings may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Technical Skills: At least 3 years of C++ experience, 2 years of Python experience, and a solid understanding of GNSS receiver algorithms.
- PNT Expertise: Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) engineering experience.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bonus Points for:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance.
- Python experience.
- MATLAB/Simulink experience.
- Controlled Reception Pattern Antenna (CRPA) knowledge.
- Experience with FPGA, VHDL, and Verilog.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $85,150.00 - $153,925.00
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
