POSITION TITLE
Sr ISR Targeting Analyst
OPPORTUNITY
Work on an operations team conducting critical intelligence collection operations with advanced collection systems. This operations team was the recipient of the highest Intelligence Community awards and was recognized by the corporation as Team of the Year.
POSITION DUTIES
You will be working as an integral member of a fast-paced government/contractor team supporting ISR missions. Analyze targets using all-source data and target research, to align collection requirements that satisfy specified customer goals. Periodically work varying shifts, extended shifts, and weekends to support missions are a requirement.
a) Define research scope and specifications for identifying, updating, and documenting all information related to collection against specific target sets.
b) Support development of derivative intelligence products and/or the analysis of target area anomalies as they are identified.
Experience
Required: Bachelor's degree and approximately 8 years experience in intelligence collection operations, with at least 3 years recent experience with imagery exploitation. Additional experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
Desired: Master's degree and 6 year experience with at least 3 years experience as a collection manager, particularly with ISR platforms.
Skills Required: Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required to be considered for this position.
a) Proficient ability to describe collection requirements and targeting information to other team members and to senior government customers unfamiliar with collection management.
b) Proficient with exploitation tools and databases, including RMS, WARP, VII, RemoteView, IPLs, WiLs, and NILs; be familiar with full-motion video and related applications such as MAAS or similar.
Desired:
a) Proficient with all types of intelligence databases, to support all-source requirements; familiar with a fast-paced ops tempo for ISR collection and targeting.
b) Highly proficient in successfully working on an operations team during high-pressure situations.
Requires current/active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00
