How You'll Drive the Mission
- Revolutionize ISR Projects: Spearhead the planning, development, implementation, and sustainment of cutting-edge ISR projects. Use advanced collection management techniques to optimize processes and boost operational efficiency.
- Champion Analytical Excellence: Conduct in-depth analysis and research across all realms of ISR and collection management. You'll craft innovative approaches and compile best practices, TTPs, guides, and detailed studies that set new industry standards.
- Master Complex System Configurations: Display expert proficiency in designing and managing intricate ISR mission planning systems. Ensure that intelligence roles, responsibilities, and interconnectivity requirements are seamlessly aligned to support high-stakes operations.
- Achieve Professional Mastery: Successfully complete the prestigious Intelligence Planner Course (IPC) (I/II), cementing your status as an industry leader in ISR planning and innovation.

What You'll Need to Excel
- Security & Citizenship: Must have TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility and be a U.S. Citizen-foundations that underscore the trust you'll place in safeguarding national security.
- Educational & Professional Excellence: Possess either a Master's degree with 12+ years of related experience or a Bachelor's degree with 17+ years of experience, including recent, relevant contributions within the last 2 years.
- Commitment to Continuous Mastery: You are required to successfully complete the Intelligence Planner Course (IPC) (I/II) and pass the DIA CCMP-F certification exam within one year, ensuring you remain at the forefront of ISR innovation.
- Preferred Expertise: A deep understanding of intelligence collection methodologies, force management concepts, and USCENTCOM operations will give you a significant edge in this dynamic role.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00
