We are looking for a Receptionist/Administrative support member to join our DDG(X) Design Site Team.

Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the collaborative government (PMS 460)/industry (G&C) Design Site Team.

Essential responsibilities include:
- Provide and maintain access and visitors control to the design site facilities.
- Provide administrative assistance to include calendar, ordering supplies, coordinating meetings and meeting support.
- Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies information from multiple sources to include meeting minutes, document reproductions, etc.
- Works to achieve day-to-day objectives consisting of tasks that are very routine, or well-defined, with specific instructions.
- Resolves routine problems and issues to include resolution through facilities and corporate IT.
- Communicate daily with peers and senior government and industry team partners.
Candidate Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship and must be able to obtain an Active Secret Security Clearance.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in administrative support, including calendar management, supply coordination, meeting logistics, and accurate documentation and tracking of information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) with above-average competency.
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent oral and written skills.
- Experience supporting U.S. Navy government programs.
- College degree preferred.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $34,450.00 - $62,275.00
