As part of our company-wide People Strategy, this effort is designed to empower employees, optimize our workforce, and ensure intentional career mobility. Our Career Advisors are committed to providing internal career development and advocacy as well as growing our cyber community. This requirement is a means to engage with a Career Advisor and does not reflect an open position. The Career Advisor role is a strategic enabler of Dig Mod's intentional mobility approach, complementing HRBP's, Learning & Development, Line Leaders and Talent Champions to drive enterprise-wide career progression and workforce agility.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $104,650.00 - $189,175.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
