The Multi-Domain Solutions (MDS) division at Leidos is seeking a Contract Administrator who will be responsible for delivery of all CDRLs, review/approve/sign contract modifications, act as the main POC for all contract-related functions such as contract modifications and funding and delivery of all program documents to the Government.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage the full contract lifecycle, from initiation and negotiation to execution, amendment, and close-out.
- Ensure contracts are in compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
- Analyze contractual terms and identify potential risks, inconsistencies, or opportunities for improvement.
- Develop solutions to complex contract issues that require detailed analysis and strong domain knowledge.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., legal, finance, project teams) and client representatives to facilitate contract execution and resolve issues.
- Influence internal processes and practices related to contract design, approval workflows, and compliance.
- Maintain organized records of all contract documentation, changes, deliverables, and correspondence.
- Provide input into the development of contracting policies, templates, and standards to align with evolving industry practices.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for interpreting contract terms and advising on implications for project or business execution.

Basic Qualifications
- TS/SCI w/ Poly Clearance is required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Public Policy, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in contract management, legal operations, procurement, or a related function.
- Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM), including drafting, executing, renewing, and terminating agreements.
- Strong working knowledge of contract compliance and reviewing contracts for legal, regulatory, and policy alignment.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate contract terms and conditions to support favorable outcomes and mitigate risk.
- Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and other public-sector procurement standards.
- Proficiency in project management, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination.
- Ability to perform contracts analysis to assess risks, opportunities, and performance metrics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in contract writing and formal documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certification such as CFCM, CPCM, PMP, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in contract management or legal operations in a regulated industry (e.g., defense, healthcare, or tech).
- Experience guiding organizational transformation, including stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, and implementation monitoring.
- Working knowledge of intellectual property management in contracts and licensing agreements.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and processes to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Proven ability to align contract activities with strategic planning and long-term organizational objectives.
- Advanced risk management skills in assessing contract exposure and implementing mitigation strategies.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $72,150.00 - $130,425.00
