HRIS Analyst
- Understanding Oracle HCM Cloud data structures for reporting.
- Ensuring data consistency across HCM modules.
- Participating in HR systems configuration and testing.
- Troubleshooting data issues for all HR systems and processes
- Acting as an expert in Oracle HCM Cloud analytics and reporting (BI, OTBI and Tableau experience required).
- Collaborates with stakeholders on reporting needs to provide actionable insights. Possesses a deep understanding of business drivers and the impact of people data on strategy. Experience with external benchmark data and maintaining confidentiality.
- Maintaining data integrity and documentation for reports.
- Supporting stakeholders with reports and dashboards.
- Staying updated on Oracle HCM Cloud analytics features.
- Participating in upgrades related to reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IS, Data Science, or related field.
- 5+ years Oracle HCM Cloud experience with a focus on analytics.
- Proven experience with BI Publisher and OTBI.
- Strong understanding of HR data and processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data visualization.
- SQL skills (preferred)
