The Central SupplyCoordinator/Schedulerprovides staffing and scheduling for the nursing staff to ensure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to our residents at all times. In this role, you will also monitor inventory and order supplies.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepares schedule for the nursing department by scheduling all nurse and nursing assistants to ensure state mandated staffing ratios (PPD) are maintained.
  • Monitor overtime and make daily staffing adjustments according to census needs.
  • Maintain daily roster sheets for each shift.
  • Daily review of previous day’s time clock punches with schedules.
  • Monitor inventory of supplies, recommend replenishing supply orders.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

STNA certification preferred
