The Program Administrator supports the day to day operations of Early Phase Development Solutions in both Drug Development and Crop & Chemical divisions. Responsibilities include updating and maintaining Sales Force data, supporting Voice of the Customer data collection, compiling financial data for customer programs, and liaising with billing and invoicing team. A Program Administrator may have limited interactions with clients by email, phone, and face-to-face, however there will be extensive communication with internal team members. The role would partner with Program Coordinators (Drug Development) and Program Managers (Crop & Chemical) to support client facing interactions. These interactions should build a relationship based on mutual understanding and respect.

Essential Job Duties:
- Update and Track EPDS opportunities within SalesForce.com; this will include daily, weekly, and monthly tasks
- Generate metrics for the EPDS monthly report
- Responsible for generation, maintenance and delivery of finance trackers
- Communicate with billing and invoicing team regarding outstanding invoices, customer concerns (as relayed by Program Managers), or other unresolved financial questions
- Oversee and manage the PO process for EPDS projects and third party outsourcing contracts
- Provide a monthly update to EPDS management for review of finances including a providing a list of all awards and fees associated with each and a list of outstanding invoices for each month
- Responsible for maintenance of EPDS information in CMS
- Working knowledge of CMS modules to support data mining for teams as appropriate
- Track and manage distribution of VoC surveys. Manage date entry and compilation of completed surveys and provide collated data to leadership
- Potential to support meeting minutes and attend client calls. May aid in internal test article transfer documentation and communication
- Any additional client supporting work as determined by program management partner
- Have strong relationships and proactively promote teamwork
- Maintain positive and collaborative relationships with internal program team
- Foster a high performance culture characterized by high accountability, high stretch, high support and low command
- Perform other related duties as assigned
