PAY RANGE $16 - $20

LabCorp is currently looking for a CSSR - TECHNOLOGIST
Acts as a technical reference within the Customer Service Department while functioning as a liaison between LabCorp and its accounts in response to inquiries and problems. Evaluates new procedures on methods under direct supervision of department supervisor or group leader. Assist in training and orientation of personnel as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
• Associate's or higher degree in Biology, Chemistry, Medical Technology or a related science
• Preferred 3 + years laboratory generalist bench work
• Previous Labcorp laboratory experience preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in a customer service role; preferably in healthcare
• Experience working in a contact center/call center environment is a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent ability to listen and respond
