Labcorp is looking for a Lease Administrator to join their team and be responsible for lease administrative services including abstracting and interpreting commercial lease documents (leases, amendments, subleases, and supporting documents). The real estate portfolio consists of approximately 100 office, branch, warehouse, and retail sites.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare leases and other documents supporting life cycle of a real estate asset
  • Monitor lease renewals and extension option dates and prepares Landlord notifications.
  • Inputs, maintains, organizes, and reports on information regarding lease activities, lease data, and financial accounting into real estate management software database.
  • Communicate with landlords, property managers, and other real estate vendors to obtain/request data about a site(s).
  • Assist with reconciliations for leasing and operational expenses on a regular basis. Review and process invoices and Landlord reimbursements for lease expenses including but not limited to utilities, janitorial services, parking fees, and building maintenance.
  • Review, evaluate, and recommend on lease terms and conditions including but not limited to rental rate, escalations, and tenant improvement allowances.
  • Assists with financial and lease reporting by providing data insight to Transaction Managers and Real Estate Managers, as well as track and measure critical dates and metrics.

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

  • 1-3 years with Associate's degree or higher OR 5-7 years of work experience with high school diploma or higher.

Preferred Experience

  • Current and/or prior Labcorp experience is preferred.

Application Window: 5/19-5/22

Pay Range: $31,200 - 81,800 salary per year (or state minimum if higher)

All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.

Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
