Labcorp is seeking for a IT Service Technician to do the following:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Data Communications Network Maintenance
  • Provide ongoing support for the Data Communications Network, ensuring its optimal functionality.
  • Install cables and troubleshoot network-related issues.
  • Regional Systems Support:
  • Address internal and external system needs across the New England Territory including branches, labs, PSCs, and clients.
  • System Expertise:
    • Manage various systems, such as Link, Touch, SIS CoPath, LCLS, LMS, Orchard LIS, Soft Lab, and PSC LCM.
  • Client Training: Train clients in the use of Link and other relevant systems.
  • Conduct training on ordering lab tests in select ambulatory EMRs.
  • Implementation Support: Assist clients during the implementation of interfaces and provide post-live support.
  • Employee IT Support: Support employees with hardware (desktop, laptop, etc.) and various software needs.
  • Lab Systems and Infrastructure: Provide support for lab systems and contribute to infrastructure maintenance.
  • Telecommunications: Oversee and support telecommunications systems.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, but prefer an Associate's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Networking
  • 3+ experience of relevant hands-on IT experience in lieu of a degree

Pay Range: $35,000 - $70,000

All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.

Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
