Join our Facilities Management team in Madison, WI, and become a key player in keeping our operations running smoothly. As a Building Maintenance Technician, you'll tackle hands-on challenges, solve problems on the fly, and contribute directly to a healthier world through your work.

Essential Duties:

• Perform complex corrective and preventive maintenance tasks across our facilities
• Troubleshoot and repair engine-powered equipment, vehicles, and low-voltage electrical systems
• Interpret blueprints and conceptual drawings to construct and repair projects
• Document maintenance actions accurately in our facility monitoring systems
• Collaborate with staff to plan and execute repairs and improvements
• Procure materials and manage tools and equipment with care

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in facilities or maintenance
• Solid understanding of general maintenance tasks and tool usage
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
• Experience with maintenance management systems
