Job Description
- Learn and master new technologies and techniques that shape the supply chain of the future specific to Warehouse
- Provide specific Warehouse Management System project leadership and support to the regional logistics operation and planning to deliver Supply Chain Transformation (SCT) targets in the warehouse SCT dimension
- Develop data models and business intelligence reporting to enhance the speed and quality of the decision making process across the logistics organization
- Provide overall support and service to the SCT Network in the main area of warehousing: system knowledge & implementation, warehouse process optimization, robotics & automation
- Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive solutions
- Identify, Share & implement industry & internal best practices across SCT Warehouse operations
- Perform business, operations and cost impact analysis on all regional future initiatives. Lead, facilitate, support and manage all key regional and zone logistics projects. Input into Supply Chain Transformation (SCT) 3 year plan preparation.
- Ensure successful execution of SCT & Regional projects on time and within plan. Identify opportunities and synergies within Zone logistics operations and planning. Ensure project handover Service Level Agreements are clearly definer and executed. Participate in Supply Chain Transformation (SCT) CAPEX planning and ensure execution of CAPEX plan (excluding empty containers).
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required - Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management
- (3+) years of relevant experience in Transportation, Warehouse or Logistics. Demonstrated excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Successful implementation of a large scale project. Minimum of 1 year experience managing a large distribution site (including transportation). Proven leadership skills with strong business sense. Solid understanding of the Beer Industry and all key cost drivers. Solid knowledge and understanding of distribution and related planning processes.
- Excellent project management skills. Good presentation and communication skills. Solid technical skills and a reputation as a leader of change. Computer, systems, data management/analysis, material handling. Equipment, distribution center best practices, Brewery operations. Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with internal/external stakeholders, including a broad customer base. Strong understanding of labour, environment , trade, municipal and container regulations. Budget & financial management.
- Broad strategic thinker, with clear vision and a passion for continuous improvement as a critical business philosophy.
- Strong interpersonal capabilities, and able to work cross-functionally with other leaders on sensitive issues. Ability to influence and work at all levels of an organization.
- Strong negotiations, analytical, project management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
