The Early Access Program team manages pre-released product distribution for idea testing, defect preventions, issue resolutions and tool implementations. We work closely with R&D, Field Service teams, along with other cross-functionals teams to deliver End-User Computing products before the general availability and to ensure top-notch user experience.

What is primary need, technical challenge, and solution you will be responsible for?

We are seeking a Program/Project Manager who will facilitate project logistics of preleased products for R&D and coordinate all early access projects throughout the SDLC.

Program activities include project planning, user onboarding, tool implementation, documentation updates, marketing, schedule tracking and KPI report. You will be accountable for end-to-end execution of each assigned project efficiently using the tools like Microsoft Office, Centercode, Atlassian Jira, Confluence, Tableau and A-Ha.

Success in the Role: What are the performance goals over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?

• Be an uncompromising master of communication and execution of each assigned project
  
  • Conduct project infrastructure setup and launch each product's project framework within tight deadline and subsequent releases
  • Be accountable for end-to-end execution
  • Provide 360 view of project status and analytics - conduct analysis to meet success criteria and fully understand the strength and weakness of the feedback collected
• Challenge the status quo:
  
  • Fueled by curiosity and the pursuit of the seemingly impossible to continuously make program better for our customers on defect reporting mechanism, data collection, tool integrations, processes improvements and more.
• Build trust among the teams and the customers
  
  • Communicate and assist between R&D and cross-functional teams with program logistics (project's scope, requirements, and defined objectives)
