The Role

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the Value Realization Office (VRO) global strategy, supporting the VRO and Consult Market leader
• Develop innovative offerings and go-to-market strategies.
• Empower global consulting team through training, mentorship, and coaching.
• Support global business development and sales pursuits.
• Provide oversight of client delivery quality as required.

• Oversee pipeline governance.
• Mentor junior resources to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Build and maintain strategic global partnerships.
• Oversee VRO budgets, resource allocation, and financial performance.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with VRO projects.
• Drive innovation in VRO methodologies and tools.
• Publish articles, speak at conferences, and participate in industry forums to establish thought leadership.
Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in business or related field
• 10+ years of experience in leadership roles, ideally in a global organization.
• Extensive VRO consulting experience with a technology transformation focus (strategic and delivery)
• Proven leadership experience in leading high-performing VRO teams.
• Extensive knowledge of VRO principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Ability to develop and execute long-term VRO strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong client focus and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience leading complex change and VRO initiatives.
• Understanding of global business dynamics and cultural nuances.
• Passion for innovation and a track record of driving change.
• Strong presentation skills.
Optional Qualifications:
• Relevant certifications
• Financial acumen and understanding of budgeting processes.
• Experience in risk management.
• Process design expertise
• Experience with digital communication and training tools
• Technical certifications (ITIL, Agile, etc.)
