Technical Business Analyst

In this role, you will use your experience and knowledge in guiding customers in their adoption of both major cloud and non-cloud technologies, including virtualization and containers. You will advise customers on technology options and help them make strategic choices and decisions. Additionally, you will have experience capturing and prioritizing complex requirements and resolving conflicting requirements. But that's not all - our Technical Business Analysts have seen how organizations benefit from change and most importantly, know how to plan for it - giving our partners and customers the confidence to make a convincing case for it.

As a trusted and experienced Technical Business Analyst, you will be responsible for a vast number of essential technical components such as analyzing the customer's current state, defining IT Strategy including key outcomes, designing conceptual solutions, planning and executing design and implementation work (with support from technical specialists), and accounting for time, cost, and quality targets.

Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on CRM systems and enterprise applications.
• Solid understanding of CRM business processes across Sales domains.
• Proven expertise in gathering and analyzing business requirements, creating process maps, and writing clear, structured documentation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills - able to facilitate workshops, elicit feedback, and translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Technical proficiency with CRM platforms such as SugarCRM, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics; experience with customization, workflows, and integrations.
• Familiarity with data structures, APIs, and relational databases; able to collaborate effectively with developers and QA teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills - able to bridge technical and business audiences.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies, including working in cross-functional product teams.
• Ability to write or review test cases, support UAT, and ensure solutions meet business goals.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience in the areas of IT and/or cloud technology architecture, service management and/or resiliency
• CRM platform certifications (e.g., SugarCRM Certified, Salesforce Admin) or Business Analysis certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
• • TSM and ITIL or COBIT certification
• Business case skills, ROI, and TCO analysis to validate IT strategy
