Role Overview:
The Senior Delivery Partner for Cloud Services Management at Kyndryl is a highly experienced leader who oversees the entire lifecycle of multi-cloud and hybrid cloud solutions for Kyndryl's most strategic clients. This role demands a blend of deep cloud technical expertise, robust business acumen, and exceptional client relationship management. The incumbent is tasked with ensuring client satisfaction, driving profitable growth, identifying new opportunities, and leading diverse cloud delivery teams within the dynamic cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Cloud Client Engagement:
- Act as the primary trusted advisor to senior client executives (CIOs, CTOs, CDOs) on their cloud transformation journey, spanning public (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), private, and hybrid cloud environments (Red Hat OpenShift, VMware).
- Translate complex client business objectives into clear cloud service requirements and ensure Kyndryl's solutions deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Proactively identify and address client challenges related to cloud adoption, migration, modernization, optimization, and comprehensive cloud governance.
- End-to-End Cloud Service Delivery & Operations Management:
- Orchestrate and oversee the successful delivery of complex cloud engagements, including cloud migrations, application modernization, cloud infrastructure management, and Cloud FinOps.
- Ensure strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), operational metrics, and robust security/compliance standards within managed cloud environments.
- Lead and manage all aspects of cloud service operations, including incident, problem, and change management, driving swift resolution of escalations and implementing preventative measures.
- Implement and mature governance frameworks for multi-cloud estates, ensuring continuous cost optimization, performance, and security.
- Financial Performance & Cloud Growth:
- Manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) for assigned cloud accounts and engagements, ensuring healthy margins and achievement of financial targets.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within existing client accounts specifically for cloud services, driving contract expansions and the adoption of new Kyndryl cloud offerings.
- Collaborate strategically with Kyndryl's sales and solutioning teams to develop compelling cloud proposals, articulate clear value propositions, and secure renewal contracts.
- Technical Leadership & Innovation in Cloud:
- Maintain a deep understanding of current and emerging cloud technologies, market trends, and competitive landscapes, offering expert guidance on cloud architecture and best practices.
- Champion the adoption of automation, AI-driven operations (AIOps), and DevOps practices within cloud delivery to enhance efficiency, reliability, and security.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Kyndryl's cloud service offerings and delivery methodologies, leveraging insights from managed services operations.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop highly skilled cloud delivery and operations teams, fostering an environment of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Ensure teams possess the necessary certifications and skills in leading cloud platforms and operational tools.
- Drive a client-centric culture focused on innovation and high performance across the cloud service management organization.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
What You'll Do
- As a trusted advisor to C-level executives (CIOs, CTOs, CDOs), you will:
- Lead end-to-end cloud service delivery across public (AWS, Azure, GCP), private, and hybrid environments (Red Hat OpenShift, VMware).
- Translate complex business goals into actionable cloud strategies that deliver measurable outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs, security, and governance standards.
- Manage P&L for large-scale managed cloud service contracts, driving profitability and growth.
- Identify and expand cloud opportunities within existing accounts.
- Lead and mentor high-performing cloud delivery teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
What You Bring
- 12+ years of experience in IT service delivery, including 5-7 years in large-scale cloud operations and transformation.
- Proven expertise in AWS, Azure, GCP, Red Hat OpenShift, and VMware.
- Champion innovation through AIOps, DevOps, and automation
- Oversee cloud migrations, application modernization, infrastructure operations, and Cloud FinOps
- Strong business acumen and executive-level relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated success managing financial performance and driving service expansion.
- Deep understanding of cloud governance, security, and operational best practices.
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Certifications in Six Sigma, PMP, and/or ITIL.
- Proven track record in long-term customer relationship management.
- Fluency in English (required).
