The Role

The Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant will support the delivery of effective OCM strategies and plans for client engagements. This role involves conducting change impact assessments, developing tailored communication and training materials, and tracking OCM metrics to measure initiative success. The consultant will collaborate closely with client project teams, contribute to proposal development, and assist in maintaining internal OCM tools and methodologies. Additionally, they will support internal change initiatives and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to contribute to the ongoing maturation of OCM practices within the organization. This position requires strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, while seeking and incorporating feedback regularly.

In this role, you will support and lead the implementation of OCM strategies and plans for client engagements. You'll conduct change impact assessments, develop tailored communication plans, and design and deliver client-specific training programs that ensure successful adoption. Your ability to create compelling communication artifacts and track OCM metrics will be key to measuring initiative success and driving continuous improvement.

You will collaborate closely with client project teams to ensure smooth change implementation, while also supporting the development of OCM proposals and presentations for new client opportunities. Internally, you'll assist in maintaining and evolving OCM tools, templates, and methodologies, and contribute to the ongoing maturation of OCM practices across the organization.

As a trusted advisor, you'll be accountable for delivering highly complex, multi-disciplined consulting engagements that provide lasting and measurable value to our customers. You'll define sourcing strategies, prioritize use cases, conduct ROI and business case analyses, and seamlessly incorporate security and resiliency into future-state designs.

You will strategically develop a future-state vision and roadmap, revolutionizing infrastructure and network requirements to meet the ever-evolving needs of both IT and business. Your insights will help identify opportunities to optimize efficiency, minimize costs, reduce risks, and enhance performance. You'll capture, prioritize, and analyze both functional and non-functional technical requirements to ensure every solution is meticulously crafted.

But it doesn't stop there. Your impact will extend beyond individual projects. You'll support internal change initiatives-such as new system implementations or organizational restructuring-and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to help shape the evolution of our intellectual capital and best practices. As a thought leader, you'll contribute to the development of practice resources and solidify our position as industry trailblazers.

Who You Are

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, psychology, communications).
  • 4-7 years of experience in OCM or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Seeks and incorporates feedback regularly.
  • Experience with project management methodologies.
  • Knowledge of OCM frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).

Optional / Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sales and Consulting experience
