At Kyndryl, we're looking for a HR Services - Start professional who will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional onboarding support. You'll ensure every new joiner - regardless of country - is set up for success, connected to the right people, and confident in their first steps. What You'll Do:
- Manage complex onboarding cases across multiple European countries, owning the new joiner experience from offer acceptance to Day 1 and beyond.
- Act as final escalation point for onboarding queries, delays, or high-touch cases involving senior hires or regulatory complexity.
- Partner with HR, IT, Payroll, Compliance, and global shared services to coordinate all preboarding and onboarding actions (equipment, access, contracts, systems).
- Lead onboarding process improvements - this could be creating FAQ articles, looking for opportunities to streamline workflows, or introducing automation where possible.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of documentation, right-to-work checks, and country-specific onboarding actions.
- Track and report on SLA performance, onboarding satisfaction, and case volumes using ServiceNow and Excel dashboards.
- Deliver training and guidance to onboarding specialists, acting as a mentor and onboarding SME.
- Support global onboarding and transformation initiatives, including policy rollouts, onboarding system enhancements, or new country transitions.

Who You Are
You're good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important - you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. Required Skills & Experience:
- 3-5 years in HR services/shared services or onboarding coordination, ideally across multiple European countries.
- Deep knowledge of onboarding processes, preboarding, contract setup, and Day 1 readiness activities.
- Ideally, experience in ServiceNow (or other case management tools).
- Strong skills in Excel or other tools for reporting and SLA/KPI tracking.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams (HRBPs, IT, Facilities, Payroll, Legal).
- Structured, solutions-focused, with a calm and proactive mindset.
Preferred:
- Experience with onboarding senior hires or executive-level joiners.
- Familiarity with Lean/CI or automation projects.
