  • Partner with country HR and global COEs to design and deliver responsive solutions that support business strategy and employee experience.
  • Be a trusted advisor to HR and leadership teams - offering specialist insight and best practice on high-touch, sensitive HR cases.
  • Own and evolve operating procedures in line with global HR models, while adhering to SLAs, KPIs, compliance, and governance standards.
  • Analyse service data, identify patterns and improvement areas, and shape actions that drive transformation and better outcomes.
  • Lead change confidently - whether it's a new HR platform, reorg support, or global HR initiative.
  • Collaborate across borders to influence enterprise-wide HR solutions that elevate service delivery and align with local nuances.
  • Champion continuous improvement by bringing curiosity, data, and creativity to every service experience.
  • Guide junior HR professionals and coach others through complex service models.

Who You Are

You're good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important - you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. Required Experience:

  • Proven experience (typically 6+ years) in HR services, with a focus on service delivery and transformation.
  • Hands-on HR service partner experience, ideally in a global or matrixed environment.
  • Proven experience leading or supporting executive HR services or senior-level case management.
  • Proficiency in case and service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow), and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Data-driven with a knack for spotting trends and taking action.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English (both written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Experience managing or transforming regional HR support operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead with a global mindset.
