As a Senior Developer at Kyndryl, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions. Using design documentation and functional programming specifications, you will be responsible for implementing identified components. You will ensure that implemented components are appropriately documented, unit-tested, and ready for integration into the final product. You will have the opportunity to architect the solution, test the code, and deploy and build a CI/CD pipeline for it.

As a valued member of our team, you will provide work estimates for assigned development work, and guide features, functional objectives, or technologies being built for interested parties. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Evolve and maintain applications by independently managing assigned tasks while respecting deadlines
• Produce documentation of what has been developed
• Actively participate in scrum ceremonies
• Collaborate with the team until a code review of what has been implemented by the junior members is carried out
• Propose and disseminate best practices for software development and management

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, or a demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt to agile environments
• Proficiency in one or more of the following programming languages: Java, C# .NET, Python, Node
• Experience with associated frameworks such as Spring Boot, Express, and .NET Framework
• Hands-on knowledge of development and deployment tools including GitLab, Docker, Jenkins, and Postman, as well as debugging practices like log analysis
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Experience working with both relational and non-relational databases, including technologies like Elasticsearch
• Basic knowledge of server infrastructure, including tools such as Tomcat and Apache HTTP Server
• Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal

Location: Turin-Milan (with smart working contract)
