The Role

Join Samlink - a Kyndryl company as a Service Coordinator and be a key player in delivering exceptional IT services. You'll ensure timely resolution of customer issues, manage service requests, and maintain communication throughout the service process.

Work closely with IT teams, end-users, and stakeholders to ensure our service delivery meets business needs. Document and update service procedures, monitor SLAs, and maintain ITSM systems, including the Efecte ticketing tool, for efficient service delivery.

Help employees by coordinating and troubleshooting technical issues with desktops, laptops, or network services. Execute Service Support processes, including Incident, Service Request, and Authorization Management, ensuring compliance and driving process improvements. Monitor process measurements, address negative trends, and provide ongoing education to process users.

Please note that our offices are located in Espoo and Jyväskylä, and the candidate would need to be based in these areas.

Who You Are

You're skilled and experienced, with a proven track record. Equally important, you have a growth mindset, eager to drive your personal and professional development. You prioritize customer success and are naturally inclusive in your work.

Required Skills and Expertise:

  • 3+ years in IT disciplines like desktop field services, network support, applications, security, or IT management
  • Ability to navigate between infrastructure and application platforms, businesses and functions, end users and senior management
  • Expertise in desktop, technical, and help desk support, incident management, and service improvement
  • Experience in SLA Management/Service Management
  • Strong customer service and communication skills

Preferred Skills and Expertise:

  • ITIL awareness
  • Efecte ticketing tool knowledge
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
