The Role

We're seeking a marketing professional to drive Kyndryl Consult's presence across our region, working as an integral part of the regional marketing team. You will:

  • Execute integrated marketing programs that amplify Kyndryl Consult's market presence and accelerate revenue growth
  • Partner with regional consulting leaders and marketing teams to drive initiatives that build relationships and generate pipeline
  • Integrate Kyndryl Consult's messaging and offerings into broader regional marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with local Consult teams, sales, and alliance partners to deliver programs that showcase our consulting expertise
  • Drive ABM initiatives and thought leadership campaigns that resonate with senior decision-makers

Who You Are

Social Media & Digital Presence Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies that position Kyndryl Consult leaders as industry thought leaders on LinkedIn, Twitter, and other professional platforms
  • Create compelling content calendars featuring case studies, client success stories, and technical insights that demonstrate our consulting expertise
  • Manage and amplify executive social presence by coordinating with regional consulting leaders to share authentic, value-driven content
  • Monitor and engage with industry conversations, identifying opportunities to showcase Kyndryl's consulting capabilities and build digital relationships
  • Collaborate with internal SMEs to transform complex technical solutions into digestible social media content that drives engagement and lead generation
  • Track social media ROI and integrate social insights into broader marketing analytics and ABM strategies

Your Impact

Success in this role will be measured by:

  • Successful integration of Consult offerings into regional marketing initiatives
  • Pipeline growth and revenue contribution from marketing programs and ABM Campaigns
  • Number of executive-level relationships developed through strategic marketing initiatives
  • Kyndryl Consult pipeline & signings growth in ABM accounts
  • Quality of relationships with regional Consult leaders and subject matter experts

Social Media Success Metrics

  • Engagement growth across Kyndryl Consult leadership social media profiles (LinkedIn engagement rates, follower growth, share rates)
  • Lead generation from social media channels and social selling activities
  • Brand awareness metrics including reach, impressions, and share of voice in key industry conversations
  • Content performance including social media-driven website traffic and content conversion rates
  • Digital influence expansion of regional consulting leaders within target industry segments

Who You Are

You're a hands-on marketing professional who excels in matrix organizations. You combine strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities and thrive in collaborative environments. Your understanding of the consulting business makes you an effective partner with practice leaders and subject matter experts across regions. You're also digitally savvy with a strong understanding of social media dynamics and content creation that drives business results.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, focusing on technology consulting or professional services
  • Proven track record of executing successful marketing programs in regional markets
  • Experience working directly with consulting leaders and subject matter experts
  • Excellence in stakeholder management within matrix organizations
  • Data-driven approach to measuring and reporting program effectiveness
  • Ability to translate complex solutions into clear value propositions

Social Media & Digital Marketing Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on social media marketing experience in B2B technology or professional services environment
  • Proven ability to create compelling content across multiple formats (written posts, infographics, video content, case studies)
  • Experience managing executive social media presence and personal branding initiatives
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
  • Understanding of social selling methodologies and how to integrate them with traditional marketing programs
  • Analytics expertise in measuring social media ROI and integrating social insights with marketing attribution

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and/or master's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
  • Experience in consulting or professional services marketing
  • Demonstrated success in account-based marketing
  • Understanding of regional market dynamics and business culture
  • Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Marketing, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Experience with content management systems and marketing automation platforms
  • Video content creation and editing skills for social media platforms
  • Understanding of AI and emerging technologies for creating relevant thought leadership content
