The Role
The Legal Specialist is responsible for providing administrative, paralegal, and clerical support across various legal matters, including intellectual property, corporate, regulatory, and litigation affairs. This role ensures legal and regulatory compliance by managing contracts, conducting legal analysis, and supporting legal administrative functions.

What You'll Do
As a Legal Specialist, you'll be a trusted partner in our legal team, helping us navigate complex legal landscapes and protect what matters most. You'll:
• Support contracts and compliance: Help draft, review, and manage contracts to ensure they meet legal and business standards.
• Keep us organized and informed: Maintain legal records, prepare filings, and monitor regulatory changes that impact our business.
• Administrative & Support Functions: Manage travel arrangements and calendar scheduling for legal team members and process and reconcile expense reports.

Required Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of experience in legal administration, contract management, or corporate legal affairs
- Solid understanding of contract law, regulatory compliance, and risk management
- Strong legal research and analytical thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
- Clear and professional communication skills, with a collaborative mindset
- Experience working with legal documentation and case management tools
- Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Familiarity with intellectual property laws and litigation support processes
- Experience in a corporate legal department or law firm environment
- Certification in legal administration, paralegal studies, or contract management
- Comfort working across diverse teams and navigating complex legal topics
- Interest in continuous learning and staying updated on regulatory changes
