The Role
Job Overview
You will support the construction and operation of IT infrastructure for a major manufacturing company as a member of the security team. Depending on your experience and skills, you may be assigned the role of team leader or sub-leader.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining and enhancing infrastructure security through threat defense, vulnerability management, access control, and log monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring and incident response using security products
(Primarily Trend Micro products and CrowdStrike Falcon) - Managing ASM (Attack Surface Management), conducting vulnerability scans, and implementing countermeasures
- Managing the application of security patches and planning update schedules
- Managing server access permissions and supporting audit activities
- Security management of virtual servers in cloud environments (mainly AWS)
- Project management and reporting to clients
Who You Are
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience in operating Windows Server
- Knowledge of server security and hands-on experience in responding to security incidents
- Practical experience in managing security patches and addressing vulnerabilities
- Leadership or management experience in a team of around 10 members is preferred
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong awareness of and responsibility toward security risks
- Experience in log analysis and using SIEM tools such as Splunk, QRadar, or LogRhythm
- Experience in designing and operating security in cloud environments
- Possession of security-related certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP, AWS Security Specialty)
- Ability to adapt to technological changes and a commitment to continuous learning
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with team members and other departments
