The Role
- Ondersteunen bij de inrichting van het managementsysteem, waaronder het verzamelen en structureren van benodigde stuurinformatie.
- Assisteren bij de informatievoorziening richting sales en externe stakeholders, met name bij het voorbereiden van rapportages, presentaties en salesplannen.
- Bijdragen aan het opstellen van financiële overzichten en dashboards die gebruikt worden voor besluitvorming en kwartaalrapportages (o.a. Excel/spreadsheets).
- Analyseren van de huidige situatie en behoeften binnen de nieuwe afdeling (greenfield-benadering), inclusief knelpunteninventarisatie en verbeteradviezen.
- Ondersteunen bij het opstellen en opvolgen van korte termijn doelstellingen en planning, inclusief het bewaken van deliverables.
- Samenwerken met verschillende interne stakeholders, zoals security en HR, om de benodigde processen en structuren vorm te geven.
- Meedenken over een cultuurverandering richting meer investeringsgericht denken binnen een traditioneel op kostenbesparing georiënteerde organisatie.
