The Role
The Workplace Engineering team is responsible for many of the end-user facing technologies used by Kyndryls everyday. Two of those products are Print@Kyndryl, and the Corporate Mobile program. In this technical role, you will be responsible for transforming how we deliver our services to improve the user experience, ensure compliance, and implement best practices. You will be involved in the full lifecycle of these services allowing you to work closely with many other areas of Kyndryl. This role requires someone who can get into the details to solve a particular issue, as well as think strategically and find areas of improvement. You will be empowered to lead the necessary changes to our current service offering.

What you'll be doing:
-Evaluating and improving our service offering
-Drive maturity in our platform monitoring
-Establish internal processes to improve knowledge sharing and improve team efficiency
-Assisting with user issues and analyzing incidents/problems to improve the user experience
The salary range for this opportunity starts at 3500 EUR gross per month. The final salary offer reflects the set of skills and experience that selected candidates bring to the team.

Required Technical and Professional Experience:
-Deep expertise within specific domain area (Print, Mobile)
-Hands-on experience with any of the following: LRS, Ricoh, Print as a Service, Mobile carriers, Mobile TEM providers (Greater Print experience is preferred)
-In-depth experience designing process flows (ServiceNow experience preferred)
-Extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals
-Must have experience working across multiple teams
-In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating Systems
Preferred Technical and Profession Experience:
-Experience with Incident/Problem/Change Management
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Exceptional judgment and decision-making abilities
-Ability to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternate solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
