■ポジション概要
当社では、システムアウトソーシングを担う大手企業向けに、サーバー運用の自動化• 効率化を推進するエンジニアチームを編成しています。本ポジションでは、テクニカルアーキテクトやSREとして、技術的な支援はもちろん、メンバーのマネジメントや顧客対応など幅広くご活躍いただきます。
■主な業務内容
- サーバー運用の自動化提案• 設計• 実装（業務プロセスの効率化）
- システム構築および運用に関する技術支援
- 顧客折衝（課題ヒアリング／改善提案／定期報告／進捗管理）

■勤務形態
- リモート可（ただし週2〜3回程度の出社あり）
- 勤務地:東京都23区内および関東近郊のクライアント先
（プロジェクトにより変動）

Who You Are

- サーバー構築または運用経験（オンプレミス／クラウド不問）
- 運用設計や手順書作成のご経験
- リーダー経験（チーム牽引• メンバー管理等）
- 英語に抵抗のない方（読み書き／簡単な会話）
＜歓迎＞
- サーバー運用の自動化経験（DevOps, Ansible, IaC, Python, Git 等）
- SREとしての実務経験
- 顧客折衝の経験
