■ポジション概要
当社では、さまざまな業界の大手クライアントに対して、ITインフラの設計• 構築• 運用サービスを提供しています。
本ポジションでは、サーバーシステムの構築や運用業務に加え、インフラ運用の自動化を推進していただきます。また、プロジェクトを円滑に進行するための顧客対応やチーム内外の調整も重要な役割を担っております。
将来的にSRE（Site Reliability Engineer）やインフラアーキテクトとしてのキャリアを志向する方にとって、実践的なスキルと経験を積める環境です。
■主な業務内容
• サーバー運用業務の自動化推進（スクリプトによる構成自動化、プロセスの最適化等）

Who You Are
■応募資格
＜必須＞
• サーバー構築または運用（運用設計• 手順書作成を含む）の実務経験
※Windows、Linux、AWSなど環境は問いません
• チームリード経験またはリーダーを目指す意欲をお持ちの方
• 英語での読み書きや基本的な会話に抵抗のない方（※サポート体制あり）
＜歓迎＞
• サーバー運用自動化スクリプトの開発経験（Ansible, Chef等）
• SRE活動経験または理解をお持ちの方
• プロジェクトリーダーとしてのマネジメント経験
• 顧客折衝• 提案経験
