At Kyndryl, we don't just focus on the technology-we focus on people like you who can make a difference. As an Endpoint Security Analyst, you'll play a frontline role in safeguarding users, data, and systems across a global enterprise. You won't just be responding to threats-you'll be helping to prevent them, improve detection, and strengthen defenses. And because we believe in developing people, not just roles, your journey at Kyndryl can lead you anywhere you want to go in cybersecurity.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Threat Monitoring and Detection : You'll monitor and analyze endpoint security alerts using advanced EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) and network visibility tools. You'll correlate activity from multiple sources to distinguish real threats from noise, and take action when needed.
  • Incident Investigation and Escalation : You'll investigate suspicious activity, determine root cause, and escalate as appropriate. Working closely with Security Operations Center (SOC) and Incident Response (IR) teams, you'll help ensure quick containment and effective response.
  • Endpoint Security Tool Management : You'll be responsible for deploying, configuring, and maintaining endpoint security tools. This includes optimizing detection rules, improving telemetry, and supporting tool integration across the wider cybersecurity ecosystem.

Your Future at Kyndryl
Every position at Kyndryl offers a way forward to grow your career. We have opportunities that you won't find anywhere else, including hands-on experience, learning opportunities, and the chance to certify in all four major platforms. Whether you want to broaden your knowledge base or narrow your scope and specialize in a specific sector, you can find your opportunity here.

Who You Are

You're good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important - you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. You are customer-focused - someone who prioritizes customer success in their work. And finally, you're open and borderless - naturally inclusive in how you work with others.

As a FireEye/Gigamon Engineer at Kyndryl, we're looking for someone with strong technical expertise, a customer-focused mindset, and the ambition to grow and develop in your career. If you're passionate about cybersecurity and thrive in a collaborative, dynamic environment, this role is for you.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing and tuning endpoint detection and response (EDR) and network visibility tools within enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of security best practices and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and SOC 2.
  • Proven experience in incident detection, response, and root cause analysis using techniques like network traffic inspection, behavioral analysis, and malware sandboxing.
  • Demonstrated collaboration with SOC and Incident Response (IR) teams to accelerate threat containment and recovery.
  • Solid foundation in network security concepts, endpoint forensics, threat intelligence, and attack lifecycle analysis.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Recognized security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent credentials demonstrating leadership and expertise in information security.
  • Experience advising or supporting clients on regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, PCI DSS, GDPR, or other sector-specific standards).
  • Exposure to data analysis and security analytics, including the use of statistical methods or predictive modeling for threat detection or risk scoring.
  • Working knowledge of cloud security principles and the integration of endpoint protection within hybrid or multi-cloud environments.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint) to support reporting, documentation, and audit readiness.
  • Experience supporting or managing security projects, such as tool implementations, control assessments, or cross-functional cybersecurity initiatives.
