As an Endpoint Security Analyst, you'll help protect users, systems, and data by monitoring, triaging, and escalating threats within endpoint environments. You'll play a critical support role in maintaining a strong security posture across the enterprise-while developing the skills and experience needed to take your career to the next level.

What You'll Be Doing
- Monitoring Endpoint Security Alerts : You'll support real-time monitoring of endpoint detection alerts across the environment, using EDR tools and log analysis to flag unusual activity and help distinguish legitimate threats from false positives.
- Triage and Escalation Support : You'll investigate low- to medium-severity alerts and escalate incidents that require deeper analysis by senior analysts or the Incident Response team.
- Tool Operations and Maintenance : You'll assist with updating, tuning, and maintaining endpoint protection tools-ensuring endpoints stay protected and telemetry is healthy.
- Documentation and Collaboration : You'll document your findings clearly, follow standard operating procedures, and work closely with SOC teams, system administrators, and security engineers to resolve issues.

Who You Are

Required Skills and Experience:
- 3 to 5 years years of experience in IT security, SOC, or technical support roles with exposure to endpoint or network monitoring.
- Familiarity with endpoint protection platforms (EDR/AV), log analysis tools, or SIEM systems.
- Basic understanding of malware behavior, suspicious process indicators, and user activity patterns.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, global environment.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience working with an internal SOC or MSSP.
- Entry-level certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Microsoft SC-200, or equivalent.
- Exposure to ticketing systems and structured security workflows.
- Awareness of NIST or MITRE ATT&CK frameworks is a plus.
