Skilled in monitoring and managing real-time user experience and application performance. Recommends and applies system enhancements to boost reliability and performance. Capable and experienced in troubleshooting performance or availability issues within an enterprise setting

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end execution and implementation of Dynatrace solutions on complex customer environments On-Prem/Cloud/Hybrid Cloud Involve in projects needing Dynatrace solution from inception, POC to complete implementation.
  • Present and demonstrate Application Performance Management to the prospective clients.
  • Bring in best practices of the product to leverage the capabilities to the maximum
  • Applying the understanding of evolutions and trends in AIOps closing following the life cycle of new features of Dynatrace Strong application performance analysis skills.
  • Document resolved issues in an effective manner for knowledge management, cross-train peers with tool usage and assist in creation of best-practices, work independently on multiple assignments, proactively prioritising focus and effort.
  • Development and customization of rules and automations to handle the events.
  • Development of health check monitoring scripts/automation and dashboards for different health check parameters.
  • Development of Triggers based on the environment and requirements.
  • Building Omnibus WebGUI CGI/script tools and dashboards.
  • Proactively get alerted to user experience issues before business impact

Required Technical and Professional Experience
4-7 Years experience on managing Dynatrace, Netcool and other monitoring tools.

Experience on windows and Vmware infrastructure management.
• Deep expertise within specific technology domain areas (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics)
• Enterprise IT application experience
• Hands-on experience in at least one of the following: software development, DevOps engineering, systems administration, or systems architecture in public cloud AWS domain
• In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating Systems
• Must have experience driving for engineering solutions and working across teams
• Extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• Ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce conclusions and responses.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written
• Strong process improvement experience

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• In depth knowledge of Amazon cloud hosting architecture with experience with AWS and Azure is a bonus
• Exceptional judgment and decision-making abilities
• Familiar with a variety of IT concepts, practices, and procedures
• Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models
• Logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
