The Role
We're looking for an Observability - Dynatrace Expert to help us monitor and improve the performance of our IT systems. If you're passionate about making complex systems visible, stable, and efficient-this role is for you.
You'll work with tools like Dynatrace, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), and IP-Label to build smart dashboards, set up alerts, and give real time insights that help our tech and business teams make fast, informed decisions.
What You'll Do
- Set up and manage monitoring tools like Dynatrace, ELK, and IP-Label
- Build dashboards, alerts, and custom monitoring views for teams
- Collect and integrate data from different environments (cloud, on-prem, Kubernetes, etc.)
- Use Terraform or Monaco to automate how monitoring tools are deployed and managed
- Work with different teams to make sure our systems are fast, secure, and reliable
- Help teams understand and use observability tools through training and support

Who You Are
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in observability or performance monitoring
- Hands-on experience with Dynatrace tools (e.g., OneAgent, RUM, Davis AI, Grail/DQL, PurePath)
- Strong knowledge of ELK Stack and/or IP-Label
- Experience in hybrid environments and microservices
- Comfortable working with automation tools like Terraform
- French language proficiency
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Advanced knowledge of Dynatrace across multiple modules
- Deep experience managing and optimizing ELK environments
- Familiarity with SLIs, SLOs, and incident response best practices
