As a Business Process Consultant at Kyndryl you will join the Kyndryl Consultant Profession, working with other Kyndryl Consultants, Architects, Project Managers, and cross-functional Technical Subject Matter Experts - presenting unlimited opportunities with unmatched support through our investment in your learning, training, and career growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the current state of business processes and systems.
  • Assist in managing the portfolio pipeline, supporting various reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with various workstreams within the enterprise transformation team, including Program & Project Management, Organizational Change Management (OCM), Culture Transformation, Workforce Optimization and Skills, Business Process Transformation and Value Realization Office to ensure alignment of functional understanding with adoption efforts.
  • Elicit, document, and analyze future state requirements based on transformation objectives.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify differences between the current and future states, highlighting key areas for change.
  • Develop functional specifications and design documents, translating business needs into technical requirements under guidance.
  • Contribute to the creation of training materials and assist with user training activities.
  • Help identify and escalate potential business risks and issues related to the transformation.
  • Provide regular updates on progress and contribute to project reporting.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of business analysis methodologies and tools.
  • Present findings and analysis clearly to relevant stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a professional services organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze business processes and document functional requirements.
  • Experience in conducting gap analysis.
  • Familiarity with business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., process mapping, use cases, user stories).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Exposure to business intelligence (BI) and reporting tools.

Optional Qualifications:

  • Experience in specific industry domains.
  • Familiarity with data modelling concepts.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., IIBA Entry Certificate in Business Analysis - ECBA).

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $110,880 to $210,600 based on a full-time schedule.

Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.

There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:

California: $122,040 to $252,840

Colorado: $110,880 to $210,600

New York City: $133,080 to $252,840

Washington: $122,040 to $231,720

Washington DC: $122,040 to $231,720

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
