If so, Kyndryl is looking for a Senior Benefits Program Manager to support the development and execution of our global benefits strategy in EMEA Region.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and managing comprehensive benefits programs-including health plans, risk plans, cars, time off and leaves, meal vouchers, allowances and more. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure our benefits are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our company values.

You will serve as a trusted client advisor and go-getter on all Benefits Design matters-a curious disruptor and relentless learner with a positive attitude. You will help design and develop benefits programs that are essential, innovative, and aligned with the evolving Kyndryl business landscape. Your work will promote an enhance employee experience and anticipate workforce needs in a dynamic, global environment.

As Senior Benefits Program Manager, you will lead complex projects involving cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration across Total Rewards teams, Legal, Finance, ERLR, local HR teams, and external consultants and advisors. Your ability to proactively manage stakeholder relationships and influence key decision-makers will be critical to driving desired outcomes. Strong negotiation skills will support your efforts in aligning internal and external partners with strategic goals.

In this role, you will apply advanced analytical skills to evaluate and interpret complex data, using insights to optimize program performance and ensure compliance. You'll be expected to communicate clearly and compellingly across all levels of the organization, translating technical or policy-heavy content into accessible, actionable information.

The environment is fast-paced and dynamic, requiring a high degree of flexibility and prioritization. You'll need to manage competing demands and respond to urgent business needs with agility, all while maintaining a strategic focus on company objectives and employee experience.

Who You Are

  • 5 years plus of work experience in HR/Benefits/Insurance
  • Skilled in applying design thinking to solve complex problems, enhance user experience, and drive innovative solutions.
  • Professional with deep expertise in consulting and project management.
  • Proactive in building and managing stakeholder relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Adept at influencing decision-makers and aligning cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Highly collaborative, thriving in dynamic environments with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
  • An excellent communicator with a clear and compelling style.
  • Fluent in English both oral and written.
  • Possess a good understanding of Benefits landscape and its integration with HR systems.

Preferred skills (good to have)

  • Experience in designing and managing car and mobility benefit offerings.
  • Strong understanding of time-off and leave policies, including administration, regulatory compliance and accrual management.
  • Experience in Workday, its capabilities, modules, and end-to-end HR and Benefits processes
