We are seeking an experienced Mobility Assignment Leader to join our global My Kyndryl HR services team. The candidate will lead international mobility programs and immigration, ensuring smooth relocations, strong compliance, an exceptional employee experience and guide best in class policy and processes. This position partners closely with mobility vendor advisory services, assignees, HR business partners, payroll, compensation and legal to ensure effective stewardship of Kyndryl global mobility programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement global mobility strategies and processes aligned with company objectives.

• Collaborate with HR, legal, and compliance teams to ensure adherence to international regulations and company policies.

• Act as the primary point of contact for vendor advisory services and employees on international assignments, providing guidance and support throughout the relocation process.

• Support assignment-related logistics, including immigration, tax, visa processes, and relocation services.

• Research to stay updated on global mobility trends, best practices, and emerging regulations.

• Analyze and report on the effectiveness and ROI of mobility programs, making recommendations for improvement, process and automation opportunities.

• Provide support, training and resources for employees and managers to support a smooth transition and integration into new locations.

• Address and resolve issues that arise during the assignment process, fostering an exceptional positive employee experience.

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in global mobility or expatriate management.
  • Strong knowledge of immigration laws, tax policies, and labor regulations across various countries.
  • People management experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Proven project management skills and the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Proficient in mobility management processes and tools.
  • Experience managing third party vendors.
  • Ability to travel to NY corporate offices up to once a month.

Compensation

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $150,720 to $286,200 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.

There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:

California: $165,720 to $343,560

Colorado: $150,720 to $286,200

New York City: $180,720 to $343,560

Washington: $165,720 to $314,880

Washington DC: $165,720 to $314,880

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
