The Role

The role of a Technical Functional Analyst requires a professional figure capable of effectively interacting with developers, technical/functional analysts, functional or client demand references, autonomously managing deliveries, and organizing their work efficiently. The person must be proactive in defining technical solutions, possess excellent user request management and analysis skills, and be willing to develop their career in the management of application projects.

Who You Are

General Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Economics, or related disciplines
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Strong interest in business processes and technology
  • 1-3 years of previous experience in the relevant field as a functional analyst
  • Ability and desire to stay constantly updated on industry regulations
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language

Management and Technical Skills:

  • Good ability to manage user requests and analysis
  • Good ability to translate user requirements/functional analysis into detailed requirements for developers
  • Ability to communicate with both the business area and the IT area
  • Motivation and predisposition to problem-solving
  • Ability to gather business requirements, functional analysis, and technical analysis
  • Specific skills for the reference area
  • Ability and desire to stay constantly updated on industry regulations
  • Basic knowledge of industry regulations (MIFID, Basel III, AML, credit reporting, account matrix, etc.)
