JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for successful Technology Solution Training and Organizational Change Management across Kroger Technology and Digital. Drive the continuous improvement of best practice within the OCM and Solution training practice while implementing change management and learning strategies throughout KTD that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. Manage the OCM and Training Solution team with KTD. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a team of OCM professionals to support the organization in integrating change management and training activities into their project plans
- Partner with KTD Leaders to understand current state and implement new change management principles, methodologies, and tools

- Ensure strategic alignment of the OCM & Training department with business goals
- Evaluate individual and organizational performance to ensure training is meeting business needs and improving performance
- Identify and optimize training needs by consulting with stakeholders and using needs assessments
- Develop and deliver training solutions that meet business needs
- Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training
- Manage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training
- Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports.
- Travel less than 10% to other Kroger offices
- Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum
- 8+ years of experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
- 8+ years of experience in managing OCM or solution training technology organizations
- 10+ years of experience in OCM and solution training practice
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
- Forward looking with a holistic approach
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goals
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of technology teams and agile development ways of working
- Knowledge of project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
Desired
- Bachelor's Degree business administration, organizational behavior, or HR management
- Change Management certification
