JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to administration and maintenance of WMS, YMS, WLM applications along with IT support of the Witron Automated Warehouses. The System Coordinator position will also include local technical support of 56 Servers, 550 access points along with over 100 switches. Applications including WIN, Witron, Tuna DNS DHCP Application Servers, Voice\Vocollect applications, Cross Dock. Application support will also include, Avigilon, Gallagher, Kewm, Attendance Manager, JDA, Vo-Collect, Cubi-Scan, NCR Yard management, Network Monitoring tools, Crystal Reports, Label Matrix and Business Objects, Data Security (APT) along with Database Support. You will work closely with the Network, Server, Desktop and Data Security Teams. This position requires learning and supporting new software applications to support DC and Logistics. RESPONSIBILITIES
- 24 Hour x 7 day a week system support
- Support WMS
- Support YMS
- Support WLM
- Report Writing
- Witron IT Support, Application, Servers, Switches, firewall, UPS, Thin clients, Active Directory, MIS reports along with 273 PCO view processes
- Support Tuna DHCP, DNS, Application Server
- Admin, configure and support the VoCollect voice application Server
- Support Connect Direct interfaces
- Configure, administrate, and support the YMS Application, Database and RF Servers
- Configure and administrate Microsoft Internet Information Server Website
- Work closely with the Server, Network, Desktop, groups to support the Distribution Centers
- Support, maintain and configure all RF equipment: MC9090, MC92N0 Handhelds, A710X voice units, MC5590 EGS units, TC52 units, VC5090 Yard units, VC70 units, including RFID tags. We administer, configure, and or monitor over 2,200 physical RF devices
- Network monitoring tools include Wingman 5 (Access points), ICM switch monitoring tool, Whatsup Gold (network infrastructure), Sherpa (Verizon, Sprint, and Lumen circuits) along with Observer Apex Network monitoring tool
- Local contact for Cat 6 and Fiber infrastructure
- Local admin support for Avigilon and Bosch Camera systems
- Local admin support for Gallagher Access control systems
- Configure and admin for the Zebra printers
- Configuration, Installation and Administration of cellular boosters at multiple sites.
- Admin for Attendance Manager
- Local SME\support for the Zooter cold chain application
- Local support for Avalon peer to peer network
- Fluke network analyzer trouble shooting
- Perl script and scheduled task

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum
- Strong organizational, documentation & time management skills.
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Able to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.
- Knowledge of Microsoft suite
- Available to work any hours or days (including weekends)
- Available to work in any and all locations including Compton, Paramount and Riverside
- Employed in current position for at least one year
- Ability to read, write and speak English
Desired
- BS in Information Systems or equivalent System experience
- Distribution/Logistic experience
- Previous leadership experience
