KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate (Senior Project Analyst) to join our Audit Learning and Development organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the design, development, deployment and measurement of a portfolio of individual learning solutions to drive the delivery of key milestones
  • Lead project scope and project controls in collaboration with other team members
  • Develop and maintain project plans and budgets to ensure on time and on budget delivery of learning solutions
  • Estimate and monitor resource requirements
  • Identify and escalate potential risks or issues
  • Coordinate key meetings and tasks that involve transfer of knowledge between teams or involvement of multiple resources
Qualifications:
  • Minimum three years of recent experience managing multiple projects, preferably in a learning and development environment
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • CAPM or PMP certification already earned or in progress
  • Demonstrated skills and ability in project management including, planning, project risk management, resource management, budget management and team coordination
  • Experience in MS Project Office or Clarizen/Adaptive Work preferred; able to communicate effectively and build and maintain relationships
  • Ability to travel up to 5% required
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
