KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Contract Compliance to join our Enterprise Commercial Contracting team.

Responsibilities:
  • Apply a thorough understanding of contract compliance ensuring compliance with firmwide practices and commercial contracting procedures which includes monitoring commercial contracts to determine whether contractual obligations and firm processes are met; perform validation of internal controls; contract obligation reviews; and identify gaps requiring remediation and implementing a corrective action plan
  • Liaise with second line in the administration and compliance of contract compliance systems and controls, including but not limited to written standards, policies and procedures, monitoring, and education and training
  • Assist in development a training curriculum and perform ongoing maintenance, including coordination and communication to stakeholders; implement training materials and resources to support development and knowledge attainment; update and maintain training materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness to meet evolving needs of firm and contract organization
  • Develop risk management strategies and perform risk assessments according to compliance methodologies; coordinate responses to external and internal audits, work to remediate potential internal findings and interface with other parties
  • Manage, modify, and support as needed with implementing internal policies and procedures based on procedural or regulatory changes; develop and track compliance metrics to identify weaknesses in procedures and proactively address remediation
  • Interface with multiple internal functional and delivery teams effectively; work with contract teams to maintain compliance against procedural and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of recent experience with commercial and government contracts, compliance transformation, and control testing and monitoring
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • ​Proficient in commercial contract types, and terms and conditions; project management experience; detailed understanding of compliance transformation programs, GRC, and compliance reports
  • Adept at data collection, analysis, and metric development; excellent verbal/written communication and customer service skills with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority; self-starter, keen attention to detail, and strategic thinker
  • Advanced knowledge in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Costpoint
  • Must be able to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high-performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork; strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills; capability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; able to participate in resource planning processes based on defined organizational plans
