KPMG is currently seeking a HR Service Delivery Technical ServiceNow Product Owner to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a remote work opportunity.

Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of the HRSD product backlog within the ServiceNow platform; prioritize features, define user stories, and ensure alignment with the overall HR service delivery strategy
  • Leverage your in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, particularly in the HRSD module, to guide and support development teams; collaborate closely with developers and administrators to implement and configure HRSD solutions
  • Implement agile principles and practices in the product development process; conduct sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint review events to ensure the timely delivery of HR service enhancements
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and other relevant departments to gather requirements and feedback; act as a bridge between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring successful communication and understanding
  • Maintain a strong focus on the user experience within HRSD solutions; work closely with UX/UI designers to enhance the usability and effectiveness of HR service delivery features
  • Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators to make informed decisions about HRSD features; implement metrics tracking and reporting to measure the success and impact of implemented solutions
Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of recent experience as an Agile Product Owner with a focus on HR Service Delivery
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field such as information technology, management information systems, computer science, business administration is preferred; ServiceNow certifications related to HRSD and Agile methodologies are highly desirable
  • In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, specifically in the HRSD module
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams; passionate about optimizing HR service delivery through the ServiceNow platform and excel in an agile development environment
  • Possess a strong technical aptitude and innovative mindset, with the capability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in operationalizing Generative AI capabilities is a plus
