Kohler Leadership Development Program - Supply Chain and Operations

Opportunity

The Supply Chain and Operations Leadership Development Program consists of four, six-month rotations focused on developing high potential talent for Kohler Co in Supply Chain and Operations Management. During the two years in the program, you will have multiple hands-on experiences through high-visibility assignments and executive support in career mentorship. These projects, diverse in size, scope and location support all Business Units and Corporate Functions at Kohler Co. At the end of the 2-year program, you will be offered a full-time role that blends Kohler Co’s needs with the passion and strengths of the LDP associate. 
 
The four rotations are tailored to your skills and career goals while focusing on Kohler’s current objectives and direction.  
 
Examples of rotational assignments include but are not limited to: 

  •  Distribution Network/Warehouse Design 
  • Domestic/International Transportation 
  • New Product Development and Integration 
  • Sales & Operations Planning 
  • Supply Chain Continuous Improvement and Total Delivered Cost 
  • Global Strategic Sourcing (Indirect, Direct and NPD) 
  • Front Line Supervisor 
  • Process Engineering 
  • Demand & Supply Planning 
  • Master Scheduling 
  • Supplier and Plant Quality

  • Participate in short term relocation assignments to various sites in the United States and globally (based upon scope and responsibility) 

Skills/Requirements

  • Must have obtained a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with a major in Supply Chain, Operations or Engineering no later than June 2025. 
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on an on-going basis without company sponsorship.
