Location: Onsite – Kohler, WI 

Competitive Compensation: Starting at $25.27, plus $1.50 shift differential 

Shift: 3rd Shift; 9:54PM-6:00AM

We are looking for an Iron Foundry Operator to join our team in core room. We offer a diverse array of growth opportunities within our Foundry and Enamel Operations. This position will be based at our Kohler, Wisconsin location. We specialize in manufacturing high-quality cast iron products. 

Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities 

• Learn all aspects of the core room core machines 7G’s, A-12 and turntable 

• Set up and clean up core machines 

• Assist on the core setting for the HWS 

• Must be able to lift to 40 pounds 

• LOTO certified and PIV certified.  

• Any other assigned tasks by supervision.

• Must be at least 18 years old. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred. 

• 1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.
